师资
宋爱民,南方科技大学纳米科学与应用研究院讲席教授,国家特聘教授。本科毕业于山东大学物理系,于中科院半导体所获得博士学位。先后在英国格拉斯哥大学、德国慕尼黑大学和瑞典隆德大学作博士后和客座讲师,2002年任英国曼彻斯特大学电子工程系讲师,2005年高级讲师,2006年晋升为正教授。2007年获曼彻斯特大学第二届“年度科学家”杰出成就奖章。研究方向包括新型微纳电子器件、氧化物半导体电子学、薄膜电子显示屏、高速电子器件等。发表SCI论文200余篇,参与撰写6部学术著作,受邀在100多个国际会议上做特邀报告。申请/获得发明专利数十项,部分成果实现产业化转化。连续多年入选爱思唯尔(Elsevier)“中国高被引学者”,Stanford全球Top 2% 科学家。
