| 摘要 | High performance quantum dot (QD) based light emitting diodes (LEDs) were fabricated by dispensing the mixture of QD-silica composite powders, grapheme sheets and silicone gel on blue LED chip. The 0.03 wt% graphene added QD based LED reveals long term stability and excellent light performance. |
