| 摘要 | 在可见光光源照明领域中,生产环节的不合格或者在使用过程中灯具老化都会导致光源中蓝光分量过多,会对人体产生一定的伤害。设计了一种手持式可见光光谱分析仪,它由以ESP32模块为控制核心、C12666MA为光谱传感器的采集设备,和Android智能手机上完成光谱数据分析与显示的App程序组成。设备和App通过WiFi进行信令和数据交互。将光谱传感器和模数转换的驱动添加至MicroPython固件中,实现了光谱数据的实时采集。提出了一种光谱传感器自适应积分时间控制算法,实现了快速、高质量的光谱数据采集。实际测试表明,所设计的分析仪满足实测的需求,同时具有成本低、效率高和性能可靠的优点。 |
| 其他摘要 | In the field of the illumination of the visible light source,the unqualified production or the aging of the lamp in the use process can lead to an excessive amount of blue light in the light source,which can cause certain harm to the human body. A hand-held visible-light spectrum analyzer is designed,which is composed of a collection device with ESP32 modules as the control core and C12666MA as the spectral sensor,and a App program for spectrum data analysis and display the results on the Android-based smartphone. The device and App interact signaling and data through WiFi. The drivers of the spectral sensor and the analog-to-digital conversion are added to the MicroPython firmware,and the real-time acquisition of spectral data is realized. An adaptive integral time algorithm for spectral sensors is proposed,which realizes fast and high-quality spectral data acquisition. The test results show that the designed analyzer can meet the measured requirements and has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and reliable performance. |
